Kristy Swanson, the star of the original Buffy the Vampire Slayer movie, has said that she supports the upcoming remake.
In an interview with Entertainment Weekly, Swanson also admitted that she would not turn down a chance to appear in the new Buffy film.
"Let Buffy live; why not?" she said.Swanson added: "If they wanted me to be a part of it, I think that would be fantastic and that it would be a blast.
The actress explained that she is looking forward to the new project, even though creator Joss Whedon is not involved."There are die-hard Joss Whedon fans who absolutely love him to death, and rightly so; he's a brilliant man, no doubt. [But] I love everything Buffy. I don't care who's doing it," she added.
