Willow Smith has described recording her debut single 'Whip My Hair' as "phenomenal".The ten-year-old star, who recently signed to Jay-Z's record label Roc Nation, insists that she enjoyed recording the song despite taking a long time to finish it.
"It was a phenomenal experience," OMG Music quotes her as saying.
"Like when I was recording it... it took some time, but it became so big and so awesome, it was really fun."
Smith also revealed that despite her confident nature she often gets nervous before performing on stage.
She added: "I wouldn't say [I'm] unsure... I would say I get the butterflies. I'm like, 'What if I mess up on stage?' or, 'What if I fall and I drop the mic or something?'"
'Whip My Hair' has so far peaked on the US Hot 100 at number 11. She releases the song in the UK on December 6.
