Michelle Keegan has revealed that she is looking forward to the upcoming live episode of Coronation Street.
The actress, who plays Tina McIntyre in the ITV1 soap, joked that she is worried she could swear if anything goes wrong and teased that the hour-long show will involve various special effects.
She told the Daily Star Sunday: "I'm really looking forward to the live episode. Obviously we've all been talking about what could go wrong, like forgetting your lines or looking down the lens of the camera but, knowing me, I'll probably swear.
"It's the one thing that I'm worried about happening as it would be awful. I just have to keep telling myself that it's not going to happen. We've also got a few special effects that we're doing live on the big night, which I know have never been done before. It's all really exciting but nerve-racking at the same time."
Keegan added: "We've all been working so hard towards the 50th anniversary that we're looking forward to our big party on Friday night. We'd have done the live episode so we can really let our hair down."
The live Coronation Street episode airs this Thursday, December 9.
